What You'll Do

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers and represent well-known client brands in a professional, face-to-face environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs
• Educate customers about products, services, and promotions
• Recommend solutions based on individual customer needs
• Build positive relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive office environment
• Lead-Based Sales

What You Can Expect

• Compensation: Commission-only. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly pay. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance and commissions earned under the company's commission program.
• Top Performers: Earn between $800–$2,000 weekly based on individual performance.
• Full Training: No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Long Island. Flexible scheduling options may become available after successful completion of training.
