What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Laborer/Carpenter position at Limitless Home Improvement?
Limitless Home Improvement is a small locally owned construction company. We were voted best of the best for home remodeling and repairs in Kankakee County because of our main focus on quality. We do not take short cuts on jobs and pride ourselves on everything we do.
We are looking for a skilled laborer/carpenter who has their own tools. Need to be able to work on jobs without supervision, and maintain our high standards. Drivers license is required. We mainly work out of Kankakee County only, however may have occasional jobs in Cook and Will County.
jobs include: Kitchens, Baths, Flooring, Decks, Fences, Roofs and other misc. work at times.
Hours are Monday through Friday average 8 hours per day. However, additional overtime may be required and optional weekends are available at times.
Paid time off begins after 1 year. Non-paid time off can be taken as as needed with prior notice. Being a small company, we understand appointments, family matters, and other things may come up. We have no issues with this.
Due to the small size of our company, we currently don’t offer Health Insurance but are looking into offering 401k.
We also offer paid holidays.
