About The Role

Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, as well as resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.

• Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity
