Role Description
As a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist at Limitless, you will work on-site in Cumming, GA, delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals with Autism. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, collecting data on client progress, and maintaining detailed documentation. You will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to develop new skills, modify behaviors, and achieve meaningful outcomes in their daily lives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Experience with Behavioral Interventions and applications in therapy
- Background or training in Psychology or related fields
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with Autism
- Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
