Customer Service Brand Representative
Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $700 – $1,100 per week (Base Pay Bonuses & mileage)

We’re currently seeking Customer Service Brand Representatives to support our clients through live events, providing outstanding service and promoting brand awareness in the community.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients at live promotional events
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person
- Engage with community members to answer questions, offer information, and build brand awareness
- Ensure event setup, presentation, and interactions meet client standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and reliable
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commute to Nashville, TN for daily in-person work
