Position Overview:
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll serve as the face of the brand at retail locations and live events. This is a sales-forward role—ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about hitting (and exceeding) goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote and sell brand products or services within a retail setting
- Educate potential customers on product features, promotions, and value
- Maintain a strong knowledge of brand standards and updates
- Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
- Support the team in event setups and retail activations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or brand promotions is a plus—but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on your feet and engaging with the public
