Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals across all market segments (Corporate, Group, Transient, Catering, etc.).
  • Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and participate in local market events to increase hotel visibility and secure bookings.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to effectively position the hotel.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [3-5 ] years of progressive sales management experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the corporate and group business landscape in the Richardson/Plano/North Dallas corridor is a significant plus.
  • Results Focus: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed established sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in hotel sales software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership: A positive, proactive, and motivational leadership style.
