Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals across all market segments (Corporate, Group, Transient, Catering, etc.).
- Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing key accounts.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team (if applicable), fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and participate in local market events to increase hotel visibility and secure bookings.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to effectively position the hotel.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of [3-5 ] years of progressive sales management experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the corporate and group business landscape in the Richardson/Plano/North Dallas corridor is a significant plus.
