Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize efficiency while minimizing disruption to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Experience
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services within the hospitality or hotel sector is preferred.
