Position Overview:
Limited Run Games is seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution across social media, blog content, and email communications.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You will be responsible for engaging directly with our community, supporting content creation, and helping ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and at a high level of quality.
This is an entry-level role, but expectations are high. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Community Engagement
Monitor and manage LRG social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
Escalate customer concerns, issues, or emerging trends to the appropriate internal teams
Support real-time engagement during product drops, announcements, and events
Help maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all platforms
Content Support (Blogs & Editorial)
Assist in writing and publishing blog posts, product spotlights, and announcements
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, assets, and approvals
Ensure all written content is accurate, on-brand, and free of errors
Maintain and update website content as needed
Email Marketing
Build and schedule email campaigns using internal tools/platforms
Assist in writing email copy for product launches, promotions, and updates
QA emails for accuracy, formatting, and functionality prior to send
Coordinate send schedules to align with broader marketing campaigns
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met without delays
Assist in organizing assets, links, and documentation for launches
Provide general support to the marketing team as needed
Performance Awareness
Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, open rates, click-through rates)
Identify trends or opportunities and share insights with the team
Maintain awareness of what resonates with the LRG community
Expectations:
Operates with urgency - tasks are completed quickly and efficiently

Maintains high attention to detail - errors are caught before publishing

Qualifications:
Required
1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field (internships included)
Strong written communication skills
Familiarity with major social platforms and how audiences behave on each
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., OmniSend, etc)
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, etc)
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
Experience working with or supporting product launches

Additional Information:
This is an on-site role based in North Carolina (not remote)
