Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in assistance
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the touch bistro POS system
- Relay orders promptly to kitchen staff and ensure timely service delivery
- Assist servers with guest needs, including refilling drinks and addressing special requests
- Maintain cleanliness of host stand and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling reservations or inquiries
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Support the team during busy hours by assisting with serving or bussing tables as needed
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple FOH positions
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a food service or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Touch Bistro is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or hotel environments is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills required
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
