Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Master’s Level Therapist
About the Role
We are seeking an LPC or Master’s Level Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position offers a built‑in caseload, steady referrals, and strong administrative support so you can focus on providing high‑quality clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments and diagnostic evaluations (ICD‑10)
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Develop treatment plans and maintain timely, HIPAA‑compliant documentation
- Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Provide services across the lifespan: children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support continuity of care
- Provide in‑office and telehealth services

Qualifications

- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
