Videographer

Attention, Rockstars! We’re looking for a full-time Videographer. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing video content, and bringing creative concepts to life. This role involves working on-location to film events, podcasts, promotional materials, and social media content, ensuring our visual storytelling aligns with the company's brand and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and operate video and audio equipment for on-site shoots.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project objectives and creative direction.
• Film high-quality video content, including footage specifically tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products, incorporating graphics, music, and effects as needed.
• Create short-form, engaging videos optimized for social media trends and algorithms.
• Maintain and transport video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
• Stay up-to-date with video production trends, particularly for social media, and propose fresh ideas for content creation.
• Organize and archive footage for future use.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring videos meet technical and creative standards.
• Work closely with marketing, production, and creative teams to produce engaging visual content for multiple platforms.
• Repurpose footage for various formats to suit specific social media requirements (e.g., vertical videos for Instagram Stories/Reels and TikTok).
• Monitor performance of social media videos and collaborate on strategies to enhance audience engagement and reach.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be able to travel. (All expenses paid for)
• Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio of work, including social media content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with creating content for various social media platforms, understanding platform-specific trends and requirements.
• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations for on-site shoots.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics or animation.
• Knowledge of drone operation and video production techniques.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe After Effects for creating quick social media assets.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics to evaluate video performance and optimize content.

The position is Full-Time on-site between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Also, some Saturdays. Should also be available for travel (scheduled in advance) sometimes during weekends.
