Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring presentation quality
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via cashiering systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address guest inquiries promptly to foster guest relations and ensure satisfaction
• Support host/host duties when necessary, including seating guests and managing reservations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
• Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required

Hourly pay is $6 an hour and tips rage from 170-250 a day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
