As an Account Manager at LIME Painting, you own the entire client journey. You generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing and outreach, run in-home consultations with high-
end residential and commercial clients, close deals, and manage every project through completion. This is not a sit-at-a-desk sales role. You are in the field, building relationships, and
running your book of business from first knock to final walkthrough.
What the role looks like day to day: roughly 20% of your time is lead generation and canvassing in premium neighborhoods, 25% is conducting consultations and closing proposals, 25% is
managing active production jobs, and the remaining time is pipeline management, follow-up, and client communication.
Who succeeds here: people who are self-directed, goal-oriented, and comfortable with a performance-driven compensation structure. You have sales experience, preferably outside or commission-based. You are coachable, organized, and the kind of person clients trust quickly.
You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
