We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend popular dishes, and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and clearing tables
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly during busy hours, and supporting host/host duties as needed
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shifts
- Previous host/host or serving experience is advantageous
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
