Duties
- Conduct engaging tours for visitors, providing historical and cultural information
- Lead groups of varying sizes throughout tour routes
- Ensure visitor safety and satisfaction throughout the tour
- Answer questions and provide detailed explanations during the tour
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Qualifications
- Tour guide experience and knowledge of Sedona
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of people
- Strong public speaking abilities to engage and captivate audiences
- Time management skills to adhere to tour schedules and keep tours running smoothly
- Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Leadership skills to guide groups effectively through tour activities
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
