Dental experience required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Patient facing role- greetings, follow ups, inbound/outbound calls, patient communication
- Scheduling for doctors and hygienists that are goal focused
- Insurance Verification and Processing/Collecting Payments
- Maintaining Patient Records
- Administrative Duties
- Manage Daily Office "Flow"
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Workspace
- Familiarity with systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or eClinicalWorks is highly desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
