Job Description:
Main Goal

To monitor & control of Field Production Quality as per standard and target .

Job description

• Follow Field Production Quality policy and procedure.
• Communicate and collect information to superior for policy improvement.
• Implement testing/inspecting activities as planned.
• Carried out Field Inspection and GOT activities to meet standard requirement & procedures.
• Co-ordinate with Field Production/Foundation and report to superior.
• Carry out new technology activities as assigned.
• Implement within provided budget.
• Provide Field quality data and update status to superior.
• Reviewing and preparing Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports submitted to superior.
• Responsibility for QA Lab and QMS jobs/activities as assigned
• Ensuring that work complies with HSEQ standard and policy.
• Conduct training quality standard for growers.
• Visit and service customer by visit dealer/farmer field including gathering feedback and customer requirements.
• Travel time (in the field): 70%
