This position is responsible for organizing files from multiple offices and assuring timely settlement of whole loan deliveries throughout the month.

This position is responsible for organizing files from multiple offices and assuring timely settlement of whole loan deliveries throughout the month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload loan files into warehouse software system daily
- Manage upload tracker and expected closing report for all departments
- Quickly and accurately provide loan diligence files to warehouses
- Effectively communicate with operations to complete loan uploads in a timely manner
- High level of understanding of Lima One Capital’s loan products and Underwriting Guidelines
- Work with outside parties during loan closings to ensure smooth and timely closings
- High sense of urgency for fast-paced closings
- Complete end of month audit on fundings of all loan products
- Achieve proficiency in Lima One’s loan software and database systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree – preferred
- Mortgage experience – preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- Experience with navigating websites effectively and efficiently for business purposes
Skills:
- Ability to effectively present complex information in a simple, logical, and concise manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to cross reference data from multiple sources and find codes that are applicable to certain loan deliveries
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with solving practical problems
