As our slate expands, we’re seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager or Agent to act as a strategic partner—someone with deep industry relationships who excels at packaging, pitching, and placing content.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a manager or agent who enjoys working closely with material and wants to be hands-on in shaping where projects land. You’ll represent Lima Films and its slate in the marketplace, lead buyer conversations, and play a key role in developing long-term studio and network relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Lima Films and its slate with studios, networks, streamers, and production partners
- Pitch, package, and circulate film and television projects for development, co-production, financing, and acquisition (primary focus of the role)
- Identify strategic buyers, emerging platforms, and partnership opportunities aligned with the slate
- Help attach talent, directors, writers, and key creatives where appropriate
- Support deal-making efforts in coordination with business affairs and legal counsel
- Provide input on evaluating new material that aligns with Lima Films’ creative vision and growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience as an entertainment manager, agent, or in content sales, studio relations, or business affairs
- Strong existing relationships with studios, networks, streamers, financiers, and production companies
- Demonstrated success placing or packaging film and television projects
- Excellent pitching, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple submissions and conversations simultaneously
- Passion for discovering, championing, and elevating creative material
