We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Talent Manager who excels at championing clients, cultivating industry relationships, and strategically positioning projects for studio, network, and streamer consideration.
- Represent and manage a select roster of entertainment clients across film, TV, and digital media.
- Identify strategic opportunities for client placements, development deals, staffing, packaging, and sales.
- Pitch and present client projects to studios, networks, production companies, and streaming platforms.
- Provide creative and career guidance to clients, including feedback on scripts, pitches, and decks.
- Actively discover and sign new talent aligned with the company’s vision.
- Maintain relationships with executives, producers, agents, attorneys, and industry partners.
- Track marketplace trends, buyers’ needs, and competitive content landscapes.
- Oversee contract negotiations in collaboration with legal representatives.
- Support company initiatives, including packaging, co-production opportunities, and slate development.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Talent Manager, Agent, Development Executive, or similar entertainment industry role.
- Proven track record of pitching and positioning projects to studios, networks, or major production partners.
- Strong understanding of the film/TV development process, agency/management landscape, and deal structures.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of current industry trends, emerging voices, and content strategies across platforms.
- A passion for nurturing creative talent and building long-term careers.
