The Lima Family YMCA of Lima, OH is seeking part-time (10-20hrs per week) Security to join our team. Minimum of 2 days per week, 4:30-10:30 on weekdays, some weekends required. Friday (4:30p - 9:30p), Saturday (12p-6:30p), Sunday (12:00p- 5:30p).
Pay Rate:
$12.00 per hour
General Function:
Under the supervision of the Youth Sports Director, the Security/Manager on Duty position shall maintain a safe environment, takes personnel leadership responsibilities in various youth physical and non-physical activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with one year experience.
- Ability to work well with others in an open and friendly manner.
- Ability to relate to persons of varying economic, social and cultural backgrounds.
- Understand and agree with the stated purpose of the YMCA and willing to work toward their achievement.
- Must be prompt, responsible and conscientious.
- Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to solve conflicts or issues that may arise
- Must possess maturity/sound judgment and strong sense of responsibility
Certifications:
- Current CPR/Basic First Aid, preferred
