Lilypad Speech & Language Therapy is a speech therpaist owned pediatric private practice in Lynbrook, NY providing high-quality, individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services with strong family involvement and functional outcomes. We are seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in a supportive, well-structured clinical environment.
This position is ideal for a pediatric SLP seeking a sustainable private practice role with paid documentation time, manageable caseloads, and flexibility without burnout.

This is a W-2 speech-language pathologist position with predictable, compensated hours.
Protected Documentation and Break Time
Built-in 15–30 minutes of paid documentation and break time after every 4–5 sessions, allowing SLPs to complete notes during work hours and maintain work-life balance.

Your schedule is developed gradually with a lead-up period, allowing time to intentionally build a pediatric caseload aligned with your availability and clinical strengths.
Flexible Part-Time Schedule

Schedule Options
Schedules are built collaboratively and expand over time as your caseload grows.
- Weekends: Saturday or Sunday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Weekday daytime: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Weekday afternoons/evenings:
- Start time between 3:00–4:00 PM
- End time between 6:00–7:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
- Complete documentation during paid clinic time
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New York State SLP license required
- Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $50–$55 per hour (W-2)
