We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Ice Cream responsible adult to join our small team. We serve hot fresh soup, espresso drinks (training provided) and ice cream scoops. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, processing payments using Toast software, and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry, a friendly attitude, and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and who can work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using Toast software.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters and floors.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Follow food safety protocols.
- Assist in stocking shelves and coolers.
- Answer customer questions about menu items.
- Maintain appropriate urgency for online delivery orders.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
