Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, trims, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
• Apply hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care treatments to enhance client satisfaction
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on face shape, hair type, and personal preferences
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon health regulations
• Upsell retail products such as hair care items, makeup products, and styling tools to boost revenue while assisting clients in maintaining their looks

Experience

• Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques
• Knowledge of hair coloring principles, including color theory and application methods
• Skilled in advanced techniques such as hair threading, makeup application, and nail care treatments
• Familiarity with scheduling and client records
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to a collaborative store environment
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon setting

This position is for monthly chair rental.

Pay: $600.00 per month
