We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Teachers to join our team. You will play a key role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will be responsible for creating/following lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
```Responsibilities```
- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- Establish positive relationships with parents or guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences
