Are you a natural problem-solver who sees what needs to happen next and makes it happen? Lily Development is looking for a proactive, organized Property Manager to oversee approximately 100 apartment units in Center City, Philadelphia.
This is a role for a doer, not a task-taker. You’ll work with tenants, leasing agents, vendors, contractors, and our team to keep properties running smoothly, solve problems quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Compensation:
$65,000–$75,000 yearly, based on experience
