Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the key driver of quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our production processes, uphold safety protocols, and deliver exceptional products to our customers. Duties
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly, providing guidance on quality standards in production and compliance standards.
- Check all PP and TOP samples to make sure they spec correctly
- Send photos of the TOPS to all of the buyers and deliver the physical samples to the buying offices when needed.
- Measure and compare specs before sending any production samples to the buyers.
- Make sure we have correct specing garments from our suppliers. You must be able to measure garments.
- Go to the warehouse and inspect 2 boxes each of each incoming style and if there are problems inspect more boxes
- Photograph each garment on the dress form and detail any quality issues so that we can train the suppliers what we expect from them
- Write up charge backs if there are quality issues that may affect sales
- Keep an organized rack by store of all TOP samples for reference
- Recieve incoming packages from suppliers and distribute to the appropriate department.
- Recieve and organize production fabric and trims
- General design and sewing room help and organization
- Experience
- Proven experience in quality control within a clothing manufacturing company.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
