About the Position
The Stocking & Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead has the primary responsibility of supporting the Fulfillment Center in both Stocking tasks as well as Wholesale Fulfillment functions. This role is highly versatile, and candidates should be prepared to have their tasks changed on a day-to-day basis. This associate will use their prior equipment skills to meet stocking demands quickly, efficiently, and safely, while also having a deep understanding of our system and various Wholesale Fulfillment functions. Some of the Wholesale Fulfillment functions include, but are not limited to, waving, replenishment need investigation, picking, shortage investigation, value-added services (VAS), routing, manifesting, and shipping. This role is integral to our inventory processes, and candidates will be expected to maintain high levels of accuracy at all times.
A day in the life…
- Perform and monitor all receiving and stocking functions within the fulfillment center located at 800 3rd Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406
- Perform the operational functions that maintain the flow of work of Wholesale Fulfillment.
- Maintaining a “safety first” mindset while using powered equipment and performing all functions within the FC.
- Be sufficiently cross trained to assist in all Fulfillment Center Departments
- Assist the operation of company sale events.
- Provide leadership and motivation to others.
- Meet deadlines while respecting the Merchandise.
Qualifications for the Position
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a distribution or materials handling environment is preferred.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- This position requires responsibility, dependability and commitment.
- Basic personal computer skills on Microsoft Excelâ, Microsoft Wordâ and Manhattan are required for the position. Training will be provided if necessary.
- Ability to independently move, stack, and load boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- This position requires prior experience of forklifts or similar machinery.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a 24-foot box truck.

A Little More to Know…
- This position is classified as full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. This position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits. The Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities must approve all overtime in advance.
- Hours for this position are 10:30am-7:00pm Monday to Friday
- This position must operate within the guidelines detailed in the “Fulfillment Center Work Rules”. A copy has been attached for your reference.
- This position is based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia.
- Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods. The ability to work on Saturdays is required.
- This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
- This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- This position is reviewed annually.
