The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
What You Will Do
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
- Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans
What You Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
