Position Summary:
As a Team Member / Cashier, you will be the face of our cafe, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and appreciated. Your role will include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and assisting with daily operations. We’re looking for individuals who share our passion for community, quality, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them in placing orders.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and specials.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining and cashier areas.
- Support kitchen and other team members during busy periods by assisting with light prep or running food.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role required
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
