Responsibilities
- Be excellent at relationship-building while prospecting for new business by following sales leads generated warm leads and lead databases.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Handle client objections and provide ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Must have a Personal Lines License.
- 1 years experience in sales. Willing to train on insurance sales to the right individual.
- Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn, coached, and trained.
- Fluent in Spanish and English: Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
- Professional phone and office etiquette
Salary : $41,600 - $55,000
