Equipment Support Technician
Lilex Equipment Sales And Leasing is a growing equipment dealership seeking a dependable, motivated Equipment Support Technician to join our team. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and plays an chief role in keeping our yard, shop, and equipment organized, maintained, and ready for customers.
We sell and service equipment trailers, snow equipment, wheel loaders, and related equipment. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone mechanically inclined who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional yard and shop environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with basic mechanical or welding experience — or someone eager to learn and build practical skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lot and general grounds maintenance (organization, cleanliness, upkeep)
- Cleaning, detailing, and preparing trailers and equipment for sale
- Assisting with basic equipment servicing and inspections
- Supporting shop organization and daily workflow
- Assisting the Sales Manager with operational tasks as needed
- Maintaining a safe and professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Welding experience or willingness to learn
- Forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass drug screen
