Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a spotless environment.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to promote health and hygiene.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas by regularly inspecting spaces and addressing any messes or maintenance needs promptly.
• Use specialized equipment for carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery cleaning to enhance the longevity and appearance of surfaces.
• Support custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their environment exceeds expectations.

Skills

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques as well as commercial cleaning practices for offices or public spaces.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and steam cleaners effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with laundry operations and maintaining hygiene standards in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a healthy environment.
