In this role, you will manage transactions, assist customers with product inquiries, and contribute to a vibrant retail environment. What you’ll do
- Process customer transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, offering product demonstrations, and assisting with merchandise selection.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the shopping experience and boost sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked and readily available for customers.
- Constantly having new product enter in the system
- Unloading new product constantly
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct basic math calculations for transactions and assist in retail math tasks as needed.
- Promote a positive shopping environment by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store.
Basic qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is highly desirable.
- Experience in merchandising and stocking products effectively.
- Familiarity with product demonstrations to engage customers effectively.
