- Competitive base salary, with additional salary increases for Autism Certification
Structured as:
- 50% paid at signing
- 50% paid after 6 months of employment
To help you transition smoothly to Longview:
- Must meet agreed-upon relocation conditions
- Paid directly to support moving logistics and expenses, including single pre-relocation trip for arrival lodging\housing

- Monday through Friday set schedule 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - No nights or weekends required - EVER!

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Staff Leadership
- Provide ongoing PD and coaching to Lead Techs and Behavior Technicians
- Delegate effectively to maintain instructional and behavioral treatment fidelity
- Collaborate with the BCBA on student objectives, programming, and documentation
- Identify student needs and design SDI, accommodations, and supports
- Prepare lessons, resources, progress reports, and IEP documentation
- Monitor, assess, and respond to performance and data trends
- Implement physical management and isolation protocol as required (with training provided and assistance of ABA trained behavior protocol)
- Maintain an inclusive, safe, predictable classroom environment
- Communicate with parents about progress, goals, and next steps
- Research, modify, and implement curriculum
- Participate in maintaining a clean and safe facility
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Clear, professional oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary ABA/SPED team
- Independent decision-making and strong critical thinking
- Ability to follow directions in written, oral, and visual formats
- Physical ability to respond to high-intensity student needs
- Maintains professional boundaries and student dignity
- Open to coaching and feedback
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Washington teaching certificate with Special Education endorsement
- Or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Training or willingness to train in QBS Safety-Care (crisis management physical intervention)
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, stand, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry 50 lbs
- Ability to run, walk, and physically respond in crisis situations
- Ability to climb a six-foot fence if required for safety
- Ability to perform escorts, holds, and restraints with moderate to high levels of force (training provided)
- Clean criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
