Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Position Overview
Lilac Landscaping is seeking an experienced Hardscape Crew Lead to oversee and actively participate in the installation of hardscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a crew effectively, and wants to grow with a company that values its employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hardscape installation experience
- Proven experience installing:
- Concrete paver patios and walkways
- Retaining walls
- Steps and landings
- Outdoor living features
- Drainage systems
- Previous crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow project plans and layouts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hardscape installation crews
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Train and develop crew members
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and production goals
- Communicate project progress with management
- Operate equipment and tools as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Three-day weekends most weeks
- Schedule may vary due to weather conditions
Pay & Benefits
- $25–$30 per hour based on experience

- 7 days of PTO after 90 days of employment
