Lilac Landscaping is a small, growing company known for our flowerbed installations, seasonal cleanups, and high-quality garden maintenance, as well as our premium hardscape installations. We keep our services simple, repeatable, and customer-focused so our crews can work efficiently while delivering the best results in town. We’re looking for a Crew Leader who can take charge of a small team (2–3 people), complete jobs to high standards, and represent our company with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew in completing flowerbed installs, mulching, edging, plantings, and seasonal cleanups or installing pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscapes.
• Operate basic landscaping equipment (truck and trailer, blowers, trimmers, edgers, wheelbarrows, saws, levels, etc.).
• Keep projects on schedule and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers on-site in a professional, friendly way.
• Train and motivate crew members to work efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year experience in landscaping, lawn/garden work, or related field.
• Leadership skills — ability to guide a team and set the pace.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM (seasonal overtime available).
• Primary season: March–November

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
