Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of patient rooms, examination areas, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Follow strict infection control protocols to sanitize surfaces, medical equipment, and high-touch areas effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, and mopping
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and disinfectants to ensure continuous availability
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, surface disinfection, and ensuring all areas meet health standards
- Document cleaning activities accurately in logs and reports for compliance purposes
Qualifications
- No experience needed, Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial work or custodial services is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and supplies
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation standards and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly
