Your Impact at Lila
You’ll play a key role in shaping how knowledge flows at Lila utilizing AI tools. By standardizing documentation, creating AI-ready templates, and making critical information easily discoverable, you’ll empower teams across the company to move faster, collaborate smarter, and scale with confidence.
What You'll Be Building
You’ll work closely with the Automation and Applied AI teams to work on building AI-ready templates, creating and training a documentation creating AI agent, and surfacing knowledge to Agentic AI. By doing so, you will enable faster, more consistent documentation practices that scale with Lila’s growth and empower teams across departments to work more efficiently.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation, summarization, or knowledge management.
- Experience with documentation management and version control systems (e.g., Git, Confluence, Notion, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and consistency.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex technical concepts into accessible resources.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Bonus Points For
- Background in automation, engineering, or life sciences environments.
- Knowledge of structured data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML, Markdown).
