Position Summary:The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care within the Operating Room. This leader serves as a mentor, coach, and resource for clinical staff while overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance.
