Position Summary:The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in managing clinical operations and maintaining high-quality resident care. This role plays a key part in compliance, communication, wound/skin management, infection control, staffing oversight, and ensuring nursing standards are upheld.
