What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA/Scheduler position at Lila Doyle Post Acute?
Lila Doyle Post Acute is looking to add a CNA Scheduler to our fantastic team . The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs by assigning shifts, managing time off requests, and communicating schedule changes to both CNAs and care team members, while maintaining compliance with staffing regulations and patient care standards.

Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Proficient in basic life support and patient care
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient service standards
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care.
- Organized
- Great people skills

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
