What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Coordinator position at Lil Snack?

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who lives for polished experiences, thrives on process, and has a knack for turning player feedback into the best experience possible. You’ll be the backbone of our daily publishing process, playing and testing every Lil Snack game daily, identifying any issues and inconsistencies, and ensuring every game clears editing and QA checks before being scheduled for live release. This is a fully remote part-time contract role working with teams based in NY and LA.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Play and test every Lil Snack game daily
- Play and test games for off-site content partners
- Look for bugs, typos, and inconsistencies with games and report them to content leads
- Ensure every game has gone through editing and QA checks
- Manage the playtesting group on Discord
Scheduling and Partner Content
- Track player feedback via daily comments, Discord, Slack, and email reports
- Generate feedback surveys to gather player feedback
- Generate tickets to ensure feedback is being addressed
