Lil’s Café is looking for a reliable, hardworking dishwasher to join our team. We are a busy, fast-paced café and are seeking a long-term team member who can work independently, stay organized, and confidently manage a high-volume workload.
Schedule
- 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Availability Thursday through Sunday is especially important
- Consistent, set schedule
Responsibilities
- Wash and properly sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Return clean items to their proper locations
- Remove trash and recycling as needed
- Help maintain a clean and safe kitchen
- Complete tasks independently while supporting the kitchen team
Physical Requirements
This is an active, physically demanding position in a busy kitchen. Applicants must be able to:
- Remain on their feet for an eight-hour shift
- Regularly walk up and down stairs
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work efficiently in a hot, wet, and fast-paced environment
- Keep up with a consistently high volume of dishes
