A very well established childcare facility in Lancaster Kentucky is seeking a fun loving and caring individuals for a teaching assistant/floater position. Approximately 30-40 hours weekly with potential for overtime.
MUST BE EXTREMELY DEPENDABLE!
Requirements:
Be able to pass background check/finger scan
18 years of age
High School diploma / GED
Be dependable and reliable
Be available and willing to take continuing education courses as required
Have some knowledge of young children’s needs
Be a team player and able to work well with others
Must genuinely love to work with children
Summary
As a Daycare Teacher Assistant, you will support the lead teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Responsibilities
- Assist lead daycare teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities for children.
- Provide support in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers.
- Help with childcare duties such as feeding, changing diapers, and supervising playtime.
- Utilize knowledge of childhood development to engage children in educational and stimulating activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the daycare facility.
