Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive behavior management techniques to create a respectful and encouraging environment.
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and early intervention strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, including assessments aligned with standardized testing where applicable.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's achievements, challenges, and welfare needs regularly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and childcare licensing requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom management skills with experience in early childhood education or daycare settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
- Experience working with children in preschool or daycare environments; Montessori or private school experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies to support diverse learners.
