About the RoleAs a Care Team Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our caregivers and clients receive top-quality support. You’ll manage caregiver onboarding, training, scheduling, and evaluation, while providing exceptional service and communication to clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting teams to onboard new caregivers.
- Oversee caregiver onboarding, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing career development.
- Work closely with the Care Manager to schedule caregivers appropriately and manage assignments.
- Handle scheduling changes, call-offs, and no-shows with professionalism and urgency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners.
- Conduct regular “close to the client” visits and follow-ups to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Support service recovery and client retention through excellent communication and problem-solving.
- A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Professional and assertive, with sound judgment and a caring attitude.
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or staff scheduling preferred.
