Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of concrete restoration projects
- Lead crews in the restoration process to ensure high-quality results
- Read and interpret technical drawings and tract maps to plan effective project workflows
- Oversee the use of hand tools and power tools for tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction standards throughout all phases of the project
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare accurate estimates and schedules
- Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets specifications and client expectations
- Manage material inventory, including ordering supplies like concrete forms, metal studs, framing materials, and finishing products
- Train team members on proper techniques f
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on concrete restoration, flatwork and asphalt jobs
- Familiarity with tract maps to interpret project plans accurately
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex restoration tasks
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles for project planning and resource allocation
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or project stakeholders
- Bilingual is a plus
- Perform safety meetings related to safety standards (OSHA)
