Job Summary
Holiday Inn Pewaukee is looking for a dependable, friendly, and guest-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming breakfast experience by ensuring our buffet is fresh, fully stocked, and presented to Holiday Inn brand standards while providing exceptional service to every guest.

Responsibilities
- Set up the breakfast area before service each morning.
- Prepare, stock, and replenish breakfast items throughout service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area.
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Monitor food quality and temperatures to ensure brand and health standards are met.
- Clean tables, counters, equipment, and dining areas throughout the shift.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and breakfast area.
- Assist with inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
